How do I get the seals to stick. They are both off the bases and instructions are lacking or mine are broken?

Hi Susan, The seals (rubber gaskets) should sit snugly in the recessed grooves around the base ports. They are not glued on, so it’s normal for them to come loose during shipping or initial cleaning. To reattach: 1) Make sure the area is completely dry and clean. 2) Align the gasket with the circular groove around each feeding port. 3) Gently press it into place using your finger or a blunt tool (like the end of a spoon). 4) Ensure it sits flush all the way around to avoid leaks.
